The staff was accommodating, efficient all the time. The room was neat, there were a safe box, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator. Loved it, it had extremely comfy bed and great service.

Overall clean property with superbly friendly staff who provided excellent service. Marvellous, beautiful location in San Jose, not far from garden area, and an Argentine steak house with great meals and beverages. Also, to airport against the traffic.

Also, location was magnificent and peaceful, relatively close to Hard Rock Cafe San Jose. Had an a double room with a big bathroom, and we loved it.
The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

Checkin & out fast, nice breakfast area with squirrels. Near the airport. It was quiet.
It is not a Radisson like in Germany. So don't expect too much but completely ok for 1-2 days before departure or after arrival.

The pool area was lovely and serene. The staff were great, we felt welcomed and well cared for during our entire stay.
Access to upper floors can be challenging.

Staff and facilities perfect for our needs.Close to the airport with free shuttle. Very soundproof.
Nothing. However, if you wanted to go downtown a cost is involved.

The pool area was a great spot to relax, and the staff were friendly and quick to help with our needs. The breakfast was definitely a highlight!
The bathroom setup was a bit odd, as there was no physical separation for the shower, made the floor pretty wet after each use.
